All orders are processed within 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays).

Orders placed after 2pm may be processed the next working day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available.

Where tracking is available, you will receive a tracking link via email once your order has been dispatched.

If you have not received tracking information within 3 working days, please contact us.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, you may be required to pay customs duties or import taxes upon delivery.

These charges are not included in your order and are the responsibility of the customer.
